MOHW to expand the bioequivalence-tested drugs for speedy substitute dispensing

The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced it would draw up a rule to revise the reimbursement price criteria for bioequivalence-tested items, to this effect that the ceiling price of items eligible for bioequivalence tesing is determined by 80 percent of the maximum price of original drugs.
