Share of drug wholesalers in pharmaceutical firms' turnover is expanding

Since implementation of a new system of separating drug dispensing from medical practice in the year 2000, 102 pharmaceutical firms have been selling 2.4593 trillion won of their total output through drug wholesalers, while the share of pharmacies has gradually plunged, the Tax Union said recently.
