Drug Industry may litigate to massive drug price slash.

The drug industry along with the KPMA intends to litigate against the government if the MOHW attempts to slash massive drug prices with other unilateral application of rates than conventional 24.17% of distribution margins, and strongly urged the MOHW to take any action in drug pricing after amelioration of the insurance drug pricing system.
