MSD to reduce the price of Zocor 40mg tablet by 1,200 won

MSD Korea said that it will reduce the current price of Zocor (simvastatin) 40mg, antihyperlipidemic, to 1,800 won per tablet from 1,200 won through its price readjustment application to the Health Insurance Review Agency at the end of January this year but clarified that the press's reports on the reduction of Zocor 20mg tablet from 1,200 to 800 won are not true.
