Patients complained with duplicate tests and expensive wards.

The Korea Consumer Protection Board (KCPB) surveyed 588 consumers using the third medical institutions in big cities and reported that the most common complains included duplicate tests, unwanted expensive ward allocation and its payment, the parking charges and patient's meal services.
