More benefits for medical service than insurance premium.

According to "2002 Health and Welfare Statistics" published by the MOHW, people paid 192,145 won of the national health insurance (NHI) premium per person while benefitted with its medical service under the NHI scheme at 280,762 won, which was about 90,000 won up from the previous year at 191,339 won.
