Pfizer agrees to sell Schick unit to Energizer

Pfizer Inc. announced on January 21 that it has agreed to sell its Schick-Wilkinson Sword Shaving Products Business for $930 million in cash to Energizer Holding Inc., battery and flashlight maker after the managements approval of Energizer on January 21 through more than one-month negotiation.
