The KFDA will drastically simplify the required safety and efficacy data for modified new drugs to register in order to entice its development as following plans.

For the modified new drug only to register its additional indications or the new drug modified only its salts, the provisionally required toxicology and pharmacology data may be substituted for the clinical data.
