As of the end of Oct., the Leukemia Patient Association (hereinafter called Association) declared "no negotiation" for the price issue of Glivec.
The Association has kept negotiating with Novartis during the past 3 months for an earlier resolution of Glivec issue but finally announced to give up any further talks with them due to too distant gaps between two sides and other many problems.
