Use of name "medical" will be prohibited as sign of pharmacy

In a recent question that the use of "00medical" may be recognized as the name of pharmacy, the Ministry of Health and Welfare replied that a proprietor of pharmacy should not use the name, since it is apt to be misled that such pharmacy is a medical institution, adding that the use identical to specific medical institutions should not be permitted.
