Bio equivalency test mandatory for copy drug registration.

Effective from July 2004 the bio equivalent test data will be mandatory to submit for the registration of copy drugs, and the drugs proven of bio equivalency are entitled to increase its price by 80% from the comparable most expensive NHI drug price.
