The Korean Practitioners Association (KPA) and The Seoul Pharmaceutical Association (SPA) exchanged a written agreement at Palace Hotel on October 15, to this effect that the mutual lawsuits and accusations related to unlawful acts of drug dispensing and advertisement committed by both doctors and pharmacies would be dropped.
