The government finally concluded the draft of the bill regarding the Economic Special Zone Act in the state council's meeting on Oct. 15 and will transmit it to the National Assembly during the plenary session, covering the legal permission for foreigners to open a "pharmacy for foreigners only" in the economic special zone (ESZ).
