Controversy still erupts over drug firms' lobbying

The actually transacted drug reimbursement system, which was introduced on November 1999 prior to implementation of a system of separating drug dispensing from medical practice, was launched under the tripartite agreement among the United States, EU and Korea, a lawmaker said during the October 2 parliamentary inspection to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
