Revision of bioequivalence test standards eyed

The Korea Food and Drug Administration has finished drafting a revision of bioequivalence test standards, which includes a provision for allowing pharmaceutical firms to perform the bioequivalence tests by utilizing their own R&D facilities and human resources in order to ensure the cost-saving effects of the pharmaceutical firms.
