2003 health and welfare budget set at 8,378.900 million won

The 2003 budget for the health and welfare was 8.1% up from this year at 8,378,900 million won, which was about 7.5% out of the total national budget of 111,658,300 million won, and it was already submitted to the National Assembly on Sept. 24.
