Credit collection discounts falling under cause of price reduction.

Under the bottom limit transaction price system effective from Sept. 1 the MOHW officially interpreted that any credit collection discounts usually provided by the drug makers to their customers in the past when earlier collecting credits would raise a cause for the NHI drug prices to reduce as did under the weighted average price system.
