Where the common prescription drug lists are not ready as provisionally required, the substitutive dispensing with already proven drugs of efficacy equivalency may go ahead without prior physician's agreement. The current law calls for each regional medical community to prepare and present the common prescription list in each region to its counter part of pharmacist community.
