U.S. called for withdrawal of reference price system.

In the 3rd trade meeting between the U. S. and Korea from Aug. 7 to 8 in Seoul the American side requested for the implementation of the reference price system to withdraw in fear that the new system might cause a drastic sales plunge to all American pharmaceutical corporations operating in Korea.
