Establishment of pharmacy is permissible by separation of pharmacy facilities

Recently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare replied to a civil petition that within a same building, a drug sale/guidance room in the first floor and a dispensing room in the second or third floor may be separately established, citing that the current Korea Pharmaceutical Affairs Law does not restrict the separation of a drug guidance room from a waiting room for patients.
