Expansion of special medical care recipients eyed

The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) says it will further expand the scope of special medical care recipients from this July by mitigating the income and wealth criteria of supporters in the low income bracket from 120 percent to 150 percent and thus, it is expected that 5,000∼10,000 citizens in the low income bracket will give additional medical care benefits.
