Domestic pharmaceutical industry to defy reductions of insurance drug prices via litigation

Business sources say the domestic pharmaceutical industry plans to file its first-ever administrative lawsuit for the withdraw of the proposed reduction of insurance drug prices (to be implemented on August 1) against the government, by jointly appointing the lawyers in full cooperation with the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (KPMA).
