Product Liability Center for pharmaceuticals set up.

The MOHW and the KPMA set up "Pharmaceutical PL Center" as a non-court arbitration organization to cope with the forthcoming enforcement of the PL Act. The Center may take care of a rapid and smooth resolution of any consumer's complaints and disputes related with the product defects.
