Growing number of pharmacy not to sell OTCs.

After the government's medical and pharmacy role separation system launched, most pharmacies located near big hospitals have not sold any general (non-prescription) drugs, which is very unusual. Most of them spent so much times for filling about 300 to 400 cases of prescriptions on average that they could not care for selling general drugs at all.
