5,310 drugs deleted from NHI reimbursement schedules.

The MOHW officially announced on May 1 that 5,310 drugs of no compliance to the drug efficacy equivalent tests until April 29 were eliminated from the NHI reimbursement plan but designated to convert them into the Non Reimbursable Item.

Accordingly, As of May 1 the total number of NHI reimbursable and No reimbursable drugs showed 16,601 and 10,337 respectively, the total 26,938.
