The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) has recently announced that based on Paragraph 2, Article 20-2 of Enforcement Ordinance of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, it will draft a standard for the concentrated rate of prescription in order to discover those who are engaged in the illegal prescription connection between the medical institutions and proprietors of pharmacy.
