The government's NHI drug pricing system called "Actual Transaction Price System" enforced from Nov. 1999 has been no longer seen in the market, but given it up to the former "Report Price System" in place by which the government permitted drug distribution margins to medical institutions at 50% incentive out of the balance when purchasing inexpensive generics instead of expensive branded drugs...
