Handok Pharm-Aventis Pharm has recently promoted Kim Young-jin to vice-chairman. Mr. Kim, a graduate of Yonsei University, is a former president of Hankdok Pharm. Crake Kelly has been elected president of Handok-Pharm-Aventis Pharm. Mr. Kelly, formerly director of Hoechst-Marion Loussel, has been promoted to vice-president since 2000.
