Amid KMA's boycott to the 6th meeting of the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Council (hereinafter called HIPC), other participants agreed with 7% increases of the NHI premium but failed to draw a consensus on the NHI reimbursement price cuts including the pharmacy dispensing fees, leaving the issue to be solved at the 7th meeting (Feb. 27).
