‘3-month license suspension’ for providing narcotics without prescription

A new revision bill will be established to the Medical Law to revise regulations, such as 3-month license suspension for administering and providing narcotics and antipsychotics without doctors’ prescription.

The revision bill also includes 3 months for using unapproved and expired drug products, 6 months for reusing injections, 12 months for sexual assault and 1 month for abortion.
