Rare and/or incurable disease patients will be allowed to import narcotics for self-care

A system will be revised for rare and/or incurable disease patients to import narcotics or psychotomimetic agents on their own if necessary for self-care.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety(MFDS), on the 5^th, pre-announced the Partial Revision Bill to the Enforcement Regulation for Narcotics Control’ which allows rare and/or insurable disease patients to import narcotics for self-care.
