A vaccine company ‘SK Bioscience’ will officially be launch on the 1^st.

SK Chemicals announced that they established a new company ‘SK Bioscience’ by taking out its existing vaccine business unit on the 1^st. SK Chemicals will remains as it is and take 100% of the newly issued stocks with simple physical division. SK Bioscience will become a 100% subsidiary of SK Chemicals.
