6 oral apixaban generics excluded from the list of insurance benefits
6 oral apixaban generic products referencing Eliquis have been excluded from the list of health insurance benefits as the result of the injunction trial against infringement of the Eliquis’s substance patent.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) announced this through the revision notice to the ‘Drug Insurance Benefits List and Upper Limit Price Table’ on the 29th last month.
