As the government won the Inist Bio Pharmaceutical’s litigation for cancellation of drug price cuts on rebated products, it has taken immediate actions to cut their drug price cuts.

On the last 2^nd, the Ministry of Health and Welfare gave a notice of ‘Cancellation of the Decision for Suspension of Execution on Inist Bio Pharmaceutical’s 48 Products.’
