The Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) will revise regulations in regards to the Life Prolonging Care Act this May.

Activities which will be followed after to revise them are discussion about narrowing down the rage of family members of life-prolonging patients, enhancement of the system and operation of the joint ethics committee.
