“There are no legal definitions about generic drugs in Korea”

Since legal definitions about ‘generic drug’ lack in Korea, it was reported there is a limit in collecting precise information.

According to the ‘2017 Manufacturing and Management Statistics for International Organizations, Like the OECD’ report published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) and the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs(KIHASA), it was confirmed and criticized.
