Kolmar Korea, a global cosmetic ODM(Original Design Manufacturer) company and the top CMO(Contract Manufacturing Organization) in Korea, will acquire the pharmaceutical company under CJ Group, CJ HealthCare. The acquisition price is KRW 1.31 trillion.
