FTC’s corrective order on company refusing to supply animal drugs got revoked at High Court

On the 22^nd, the Korea Pharmaceutical Association(President Chan-Hwi Cho, KPA) said it was a shame that the Seoul High Court ruled to revoke the Fair Trade Commission’s(FTC) measure to impose a corrective order on Valvet  which refused to supply heartworm preventive medications to animal pharmacies.
