The number of pharmacists working in a medical institute in a level of hospital or higher has reportedly increased to more than 1,100 people since 2010.

According to the ‘2017 Health and Welfare Statistics Year Book’ published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW), the number of pharmacists working for a medical institute in a level of hospital or higher was 4,760 people in 2016.
