Patent Linkage System made sales increased by KRW 0.9 to 1.4 billion sales on generic companies

In 2 years of the Patent Linkage System , generic manufacturers had sales increased by approximately KRW 0.9 to 1.4 billion, but original companies had a decrease by KRW 1.6 to 2.2 billion sales. Also, it was analyzed the enforcement did not impact Korea much.
