The Fair Trade Commission(FTC) reportedly investigated a Korean pharma B and a multinational pharma L last week and a Korean pharma D and a multinational pharma A on the 18^th.

The investigation was about ‘pay-for-delay’; the FTC has once announced a policy to investigate actual conditions about ‘pay-for-delay deals’ on 71 original and generic medicine companies.
