Legislation to allow a pharma to use medicines for clinical trials for treatment of rare disease patients

Bareun Party Rep. In-Sook Park representative tabled a revision bill to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law which allows a pharmaceutical company to conduct clinical trials on rare disease patients on the 6^th.
