Zemiglo reached deadlock over ‘letter of application’ for marketing data

The LG Chem(former LG Life Sciences) and Sanofi Aventis’s ‘Zemiglo license trial’ have reached a deadlock over a level of turning in data and documents.

While LG Chem argues Sanofi is not providing necessary information, Sanofi claims it is a immoderate request. The justice department is planning to settle this at the next defense after receiving relevant data.
