Layla’s use patent ruled nullified

The Supreme Court ruled to nullify the use patent of Layla(PMG Pharm), a natural drug, as of 23 November.

As PMG Pharm was dismissed at the request suit for injection against infringement on the use patent against first generic companies on the 16^th of November and the supreme court finally decided to nullify the patent, the Layla’s use patent has come to the end.
