‘Health care providers opening a medical institute are impossible to practice medical services at another medical institute’

An interpretation was made that a health care provider who opened his/her own medical institute cannot treat a patient at other medical institutes even by a request from the patient or the patient’s guardian.

The Ministry of Government Legislation gave the answer above to a legislative question of a civil petitioner about the Medical Law at a legal interpretation on the 27^th.
