Company must be responsible even for an employee’s deviant behavior

The Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) announced to make a company responsible even for an employee’s deviant behavior related to illegal rebates as a rule and to create measures so that the company would not take excessive damages at the same time.

The MOHW also announced a plan to manage pharmaceutical companies and CSOs under the ‘Financial Gain & Expenditure Report’ system.
