This year, the number of pharmacies across the national has been increased by 343.

The Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service(HIRA) announced the number of pharmacies in 17 cities and provinces of Korea was increased by 343 from 21,969 pharmacies in the end of 2016 to 22,312 pharmacies.

Among the 17 cities and provinces, Ulsan was the only area which had a decrease in the category.
