In order for Korean pharmaceutical companies to be preventive and responsive on patent disputes, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety(MFDS) announced to provide the ‘Foreign Judicial Precedents of Pharmaceutical Patents,’ which analyzed judicial precedents in detail on pharmaceutical patents in other major countries like the U.S, Europe and Japan, from the 31^st of August.
