The government may allow drug makers to make direct deals with general hospitals, and gradually extend the sale of non-prescription OTC drugs to other stores than pharmacies according to the draft of "2002 Adjustment guidelines for Health and Medical Related Provision" raised by the Prime Ministry Coordination Office.
