A guideline for safety evaluation and report was prepared for pharmaceutical companies to use at drug clinical trials.

Pharmaceutical companies, clients for clinical trial, must have a person taking in charge of monitoring drug usages and make reports to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety within 15 days of having adverse reactions(7 days for death).
